Shipping to Switzerland is free for orders over 50 CHF. For an order value under 50 CHF, shipping costs 7 CHF. When shipping abroad, shipping costs of CHF 11 will be charged at checkout.

Orders are processed and delivered to Swiss Post within two working days. Delivery times depend on the destination.

Switzerland : 2 - 5 working days

Europe : 4 - 10 working days

You can track the current status of your order in your customer account . As soon as we have handed your package over to the post office, you will receive a tracking code by email with which you can track the status of your delivery.

If you have a gift card , you can also use that at checkout.

If we have received your return and the goods are in good condition, we will issue a refund. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to reach you.

If you are not satisfied with your order you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it to Sweet Remind.

Please ensure items are returned clean and unworn . For hygienic reasons, the hygiene sticker may not be removed .

Please return the items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection during transport. Our shipping bags are reusable thanks to the double adhesive tab. In this way, you also minimize the ecological impact of the return process.

When we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items before proceeding with the refund. If the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deduct non-refundable damages or not issue a refund at all.

In order to maintain the high quality of our bikinis, proper care is required. It is best to wash it by hand with mild detergent and cold water. Do not use bleach and place it in the shade to dry.

Our sizes are true to size . For every product you will find a size guide that will help you find the right size for you. If you fall between two sizes, we recommend ordering the larger size.
